Accordion Door

A folding door system with multiple narrow, hinged panels that collapse horizontally like an accordion when opened. Accordion doors provide flexible space division and are used for room partitioning, closures, and temporary barriers.

Commercial accordion doors span openings from 3′ to 40’+ wide with standard heights to 12′. Panel materials include vinyl, fabric, laminate, wood veneer, and steel. Track systems mount at ceiling or head height with bottom guides or floor tracks for stability.

Fire-rated accordion doors use steel-faced panels with labeled ratings up to 3 hours for openings in fire barriers. Acoustic accordion doors provide STC ratings from 35 to 51 for sound isolation.
