How Fabrication Works

Takeoff review

Send plans and hardware sets to our estimators. We confirm frame types, prep requirements, and any long-lead items.

Shop drawings and submittals

Our team issues drawings with prep locations, anchor types, and finish specs for architect approval.

Fabrication

Approved frames enter the shop queue. Standard lead time: 1–3 weeks, starting after all open questions are resolved.

Delivery or pickup

Frames ship to your jobsite or stage at our warehouse for phased release. We also offer pre-install services and full installation when your scope requires it.

Yes. Fire-rated frame assemblies are available where required. Available configurations include 20-, 45-, 60-, 90 and 180-minute ratings, fabricated and labeled according to applicable UL or WHI listings where specified.

Frames can be coordinated around applicable project standards, including ANSI/SDI A250.8, HMMA 802/820 as applicable, NFPA 80, NFPA 105, UL or WHI listings, and ADA dimensional requirements.
