He brings more than 15 years of experience in commercial door, frame, and hardware sales and estimating. Kyle focuses on aligning scope, pricing, and expectations early to support smooth execution and strong customer relationships across the Colorado market.

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - TX

Luis Castillo is Director of Operations, Texas, overseeing installation, warehouse operations, and counter sales across a large, multi-branch market. He brings nearly 30 years of experience across commercial door, frame, and hardware operations, including hardware, counter sales, and branch management. Luis focuses on operational consistency, cross-team coordination, and scalable execution across Texas markets.

Mike Hurst

DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS - CO

Mike Hurst is Director of Operations, Colorado, overseeing installation, warehouse operations, and counter sales across the region. He brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial construction, with deep expertise in field execution and service delivery. Mike focuses on jobsite coordination, installation quality, and responsive local support for contractors across Colorado.

Brenda Swisher

Brenda Swisher is Director of Sales, Texas, responsible for sales performance and long-term customer relationships across the state. She brings nearly 20 years of experience in commercial door, frame, and hardware sales, with deep familiarity across accounts, contracts, and project requirements. Patrick Hooie is Director of Projects and Estimating, leading the estimating function and overseeing project execution across markets. Patrick ensures clean handoffs from preconstruction through closeout, supporting consistent delivery across regions.
