Founded in 1846 by Mesker Brothers in St. Louis, Mesker created the world’s first hollow metal door and has been a distinguished leader in the building industry for more than 150 years—longer than any other hollow metal door and frame company in America. Part of Mesker Openings Group along with Hollow Metal Xpress and Design Hardware, Mesker manufactures steel doors and frames in four strategic U.S. locations using 12, 14, or 16 gauge cold-rolled steel, G90 Galvanized or Galvannealed steel. Their products feature 3/16 inch hinge reinforcements that surpass industry requirements and serve the commercial, industrial, and institutional construction markets.
